Front yard decking transformation
Our team at Verdan transformed this tired concrete path into a slick new composite deck. The client wanted a place they can have tea and coffee in the front yard with their dog as they have a big yard, we completed this in 3 days and the material is composite decking (Teak Color).
Merbau Handrail with wire balustrade
Scope of works- we took down old, rotted pine hand railing and timber balustrade the installed brand-new merbau handrailing with wire balustrade, these clients wanted a modern finish with their back deck to go with the amazing view over the mountain range

Timber pergolas for a brand-new entertainment area
Scope of works: The team installed 2 timber pergolas that were attached to the house creating the perfect entertainment area for many guests and occasions. the team had to attach one of the pergolas to the roof trusses for maximum strength and every type of condition.

Demolish old deck & replace with a brand-new composite deck
Scope of works: With this job we had to dismantle all previous rotted pine decking boards and replace the entire area with (Ash Grey) composite decking boards. this involved extra support added for the extra weight and we also added in merbau handrail with stairs and wire balustrade to top it off.

Installation of a front porch awning with 1 down light
Scope of works: This job consisted of creating a brand-new custom front porch awning with gutter. there was very minimal room for a ladder, but we ended up managing with no setbacks so the client could still use her front door, all material that was used is weatherproof and was painted a few days after we had finished.
